About the owner...
I'm David Wilson, the owner of The Image Studio. I'm from the Dallas area and earned my Master’s in History at the University of Texas at Arlington. My original plan was to be a history professor. But after finishing my degree, I realized I needed a job fast. So, I landed a gig as a graphic artist at a local printer—and discovered I really enjoyed it!
Within a short time, I was managing the graphic production studio at Temerlin McClain, an ad agency in Irving. That turned out to be my big break, even though I was too young to realize it at the time.
I used my artistic skills to craft compelling visuals for major brands like American Airlines, Exxon Mobil, and Subaru, all while transforming the company's simple typesetting shop into a full-blown production studio.
After more than ten years there, I moved to Publicis Hawkeye, where I built their creative studio from the ground up, working with global brands like Bank of America and Capital One.
Then, I took my talents to Mary Kay Inc., where I set up their first photography studio, organized their first design studio, and streamlined their video teams to provide creative services both in the U.S. market and globally.
Today, I'm happy to be running my own business, providing creative services to more companies, brands, and families.
